Это сокет 478. Последнее обновление BIOS за 2003 год октябрь, 845-й чипсет - sensors-detect об этом и говорит второй строкой выброса:

Я бы какой-нибудь лайв 6-й платформы пощупал на детект, на предмет нахождения сенсоров - и lm_sensors3 и lm_sensors. Второе вероятнее.

(2009-12-06) Встроенные сенсоры как известно ненадежны на DR-BA, DR-B2, DR-B3, RB-C2 и HY-D0 ревизиях семейства 10h CPU (K10), которые никогда не будут поддерживаться.
