Похоже про эту сетевуху придётся забыть и закинуть её в дальний угол :'(
Так что не жалейте, лучше купите недорогую pci-карточку. Ей-богу, это сейчас означает один раз пива не попить :)

Вот - вспомнил - был такой пакет в свое время isapnptools, вот с его помощью isa нстройства и настраивались. Скорей всего ядро у нас уже давно собирается без поддержки isa устройств.
