I will have to let you know you ,on the SL 10.2 platform , when I was executing the command  update-grub  from terminal after reboot  the  windows menu opens normally,and
after reboot again from windows it stopped working like video....

As far as I understand, the problem is that Windows 11 is tightly bound to UEFI. While Windows 7 does not have it.
Why graphics in Windows do not work normally after restarting the system is a mystery to me...

Something tells me that there is a problem with the video driver. The Nouveau driver is used in Alt Workstation by default, and in Windows. as far as I remember, NVIDIA is used.

yes but SLp8 - SLp10 -SLp10.2 and worlstation10 has same problem...

You can try switching to NVIDIA in Alt Linux (any). Maybe this will solve the problem...
