Спасибо, с IDE контроллером пошла дальше грузиться. Даже с serialata грузится.
Переделал способ загрузки на сеть с installserver. Грузится, но виснет уже когда обращается к дистрибутиву. Как оказалось, стандартные 8мб видеопамяти мало, задал 128мб - догрузилась до графического окна установки
