Установка Wi-Fi адаптера

Всем привет! Недавно купил Wi-Fi адаптер для стационарного компьютера (чтобы не тянуть кабель в комнату) однако Linux его не опознает до конца. Адаптер такой: Trendnet TEW-648UB. На диске драйверов под Линукс не оказалось. Подскажите как решить проблему с дровами и настроить сеть?

Его и не будет. Пишите версию дистрибутива и вывод usb-devicesВывод вставьте в тег [ code ], пожалуйста.

Установи все что касается 8192  (firmware-rtl8192 и kernel-modules-rtl8192-std-def)
и отпишись.

Решил проблему несколько другим, более простым способом: переустановил систему с подключенным адаптером. Линукс его определил во время установки и установил для него драйверы.
      Адаптер работает, обнаруживает сети при сканировании, но выход в Интернет по прежнему пока отсутствует. В чем причина пока не пойму. Брандмауэр отключен. Имя сети, пароль ввел правильные. В чем еще может быть загвоздка? Какие настройки смотреть и что следует изменить? Может нужно прописать мак адрес роутера? ИП? Адрес шлюза? Подскажите пожалуйста.
