lp0 в /dev — это симлинк на реальное устройство в /dev/usbdev
У меня та же проблема (Не печатает HP1020). Если Вы отвечаете, то уж ответьте до конца. От того что я компу сказал: "Это симлинк", он все равно печатать не стал, почему-то. Конкретнее надо, что именно сделать, как устранить проблему,какую команду я должен задать для работы девайса? Мы ведь тут 90% чайники, и не от хорошей жизни взялись за всю ету .... Короче, нельзя ли разжевать? А то у меня тоже пишет:

cat: /usr/share/foo2zjs/firmware/sihp1020.dl: No such file or directory
При включении принтера появляется след.сообщение:
