Я в выводе dmesg не нашёл не строчки про вашу камеру (вот про сканер вижу, а про камеру - нет) - отключите все лишние USB - может я что-то пропустил?

PS Извините, но читать логи в которых столько лишней информации неудобно. Тем более, что скорей всего камера не поддерживается ядром, чем поддерживается.
