Ну так, а репозитории подключить? на диске-то сервер его действительно нет, ибо не нужно.

есть еще вопрос стоят 2 сетевые ip адреса прыгают между ними как привязать

Привяжите в центре управления или к МАК-адресу, или к положению на шине.

Если больше нравится консоль, это делается в районе этого файла:
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
У меня например там написано такое:

еще проще в файле /etc/iftab, туда внести запись

eth0 mac 01:00:f4:b7:55:cc
eth1 mac 01:00:f4:b7:55:cdгде eth0 eth1 имена ваших сетевых, а 01:00:f4:b7:55:cc соответственно их mac-адрес (по команде ip a можно узнать)
