Принтер canon lbp2900 в Линукс Юниор 5.01 [решено]

Принтер USB ? Попробуйте удалить настройку для Сanon. И заново установить принтер ? В картридже чернила есть ?

чернила есть. Принтер пробовала удалять и устанавливать заново, не помогло.. Как печатал исключительно текст(из всех программ) и отказывался печатать файлы с картинками - так и отказывается. В логах из подозрительного были только жалобы на dirty files.

Проверьте , пожалуйста , тексты ,которые вы печатали они видны в завершенных заданиях  через CUPS?
Драйвер у вас проприетарный или общий для всех Canon?

То, что печаталось точно было в завершенных заданиях. То что не печаталось иногда было в завершенных а иногда в активных повисало. (сейчас не могу посмотреть, принтер в офисе, а я дома).
Драйвер с оффсайта Canon версия 1.8.

Похоже, проблема в Ghostscript. При попытке печати "неправильных" файлов получаю в логах капса ошибку

Подключила репозиторий 5.0
создала /etc/apt/preferences следующего вида, как на http://www.altlinux.org/Downgrade написано:

Обновила список пакетов, откатила ghostscript

У меня 2900й на винде, на альлинукс 6.0 установил 2 рпм-пакета (капт и там чтото для капса) качал с сайта канона

А откатить Ghostscript не получится? Мне помогло

У меня 2900й на винде, на альлинукс 6.0 установил 2 рпм-пакета (капт и там чтото для капса) качал с сайта канона
вот что в журнале:

так не будет работать. Надо на винде делать "виртуальный" PS принтер.

У меня свеже установленный simply linux 6.0 -- сейчас все работает! В синаптике вижу, что можно обновить ghostscript. Обновлялся ли, KALIBR?
