На сайте intel сказано, что у них драйверов нет.
Есть вот на этом сайте
http://intellinuxgraphics.org/documentation.html есть драйвера.
Ставлю 2d драйвер.

Мне кажется, что не хватает пакетов XORG но каких не понимаю!
